Apartments with Two Bedrooms or More:

  • Are paid for by the semester.
  • Require a $500 security deposit per person.
  • Summer is optional! Start your lease August 1 and pay no summer fees! A full summer rental begins June 1 and each person pays one payment of $500 for the entire summer. A half summer rental begins July 1 and each person pays one payment of $250 for the rest of the summer.
  • Include free water, snow removal, garbage removal, and lawn care.

To determine the average monthly rental costs for each apartment, simply add together the summer rent, fall semester rent, and spring semester rent. This will determine the yearly rent per person. Then divide this number by 12 for the number of months in a year. This will give you the average monthly cost. Even though you will be paying by the semester, you can now compare our rates with the rates of other rental companies that charge by the month.

For example, If the apartment is listed as $2,600 per semester:

$2,600 Fall semester rent + $2,600 Spring semester rent + $500 Summer rent (optional)

= $5,700 Total rent due / 12 # of months in year

= $475 Average monthly cost per person
