Apartments with Two Bedrooms or More:

  • Are paid for by the semester.
  • Require a $500 security deposit per person.
  • Require a year lease with either a full summer or half summer rental. A full summer rental begins June 1 and each person pays one payment of $750 for the entire summer. A half summer rental begins July 1 and each person pays one payment of $500 for the entire summer.
  • $15 will be taken from each person's security deposit per month for snow removal, garbage removal, and lawn care.

To determine the average monthly rental costs for each apartment, simply add together the summer rent, fall semester rent, and spring semester rent. This will determine the yearly rent per person. Then divide this number by 12 for the number of months in a year. This will give you the average monthly cost. Even though you will be paying by the semester, you can now compare our rates with the rates of other rental companies that charge by the month.

For example, If the apartment is listed as $2,600 per semester:

$2,600 (Fall semester rent) + $2,600 (Spring semester rent) + $750 (Summer rent)

    = $5,950 (Total rent due) / 12 (# of months in year)

= $495 Average monthly cost per person
